How do Customer Reward Points work?
It's simple. Boba Tea Direct values your business. Each dollar you spend on any purchase with us, you will receive 2 customer reward point. As you accumulate points, you may redeem your points for free products or discounts on your next order. It's like getting 2% cash back. The number of points eligible for each product is listed on every product details page. Please stay tuned for special offers and promotions for points.
How do I know how many points I have?
Log into your account and your number of points will be displayed in the welcome message. Alternatively, you can also click on 'modify profile' to see the total points you have accumulated.
Do I have to create an account to collect points?
Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and spend, we need for you to have an account. You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points. Lastly, you need to have an account so we can properly credit any customer reward points you have earned by referring your friends and family. How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?
1) Log into your account.
2) Add items to your cart.
3) Upon checkout, select "Customer Reward Points" payment method.
4) Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order. You can use a portion or all of your points.
5) Click "Submit Order".
Please note: If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for an additional payment method.
What's the value of 1 Customer Reward Point?
Currently, 100 Customer Reward Points is equivalent to $1.00 USD. Please stay tuned for special offers and promotions for points.
If I refer friends and family to your site, can I also earn some reward points?
Absolutely! The best compliment we can receive is when you refer your friends and family to us. Just enter their names and email address, and we'll send them a customized email. When they sign up at our store and shop, they'll also receive reward points like all our valued, loyal customers. But best of all, because of your referral, you will now also earn 50% of the points they earn on their first purchase! First, you must log in to your account to use the referral feature. Then, go and
refer your friends and family. You can personalize each email with your own words. As we send customized emails to your friends and family, we will record each of your entries. So as your friends sign up and make a purchase with the email addresses that you sent the invitations with, we'll automatically credit your account with 50% of the reward points that they earn on their first purchase. (For example, if they earn 2,000 points, you'll get 1,000 points.) Your friends and family earn points, and you earn points as well. It's a win-win situation!
